Wanted: One good man!

To be done:

Interior painting, moulding. Perhaps more. I cannot offer much, but it might be worthwhile to the right person.

I have most of the tools necessary (hammer, nails, paint rollers), I have no mitre saw for the moulding. Must be a decent job with no mess.

Moulding includes at least 3 obvious outside corners, must me proficient at this.

seriously, my husband is awesome at all of this. he is doing a bunch of this in our room as i type this. new window, back door (to the outside), painting, new molding, sanding the floor and finishing it -- thank god for tax money. or else it would not be done. but we are so lucky he can do all this. he is quite a handy man. he can do electrical and a bunch of random stuff. even if he can't do it- he teaches himself and does it awesome. he has built new walls in our house. rewired stuff- as in put in new wiring where there wasn't any but we needed it. plumbing stuff.

he didn't know how to do windows but just did it and now we have 2 new windows in. he found out what to do and just did it.
