actually, I'm not. at least not in the traditional sense.

I did some training and certification in order to have a home based business of my own. ALong the way I discovered some cool things that can be done in terms of the cash flow business. So I started there.

My main focus is on helping small business (or large, whatever) solve their cash flow issues. Primarily, construction based businesses as that's my background.

I dont do loans. What I do is find funders who will buy receivables or in general, Invoices - from companies who dont want to wait 90 days to get paid. They sell their invoices at a small discount, and the debt owed to them goes to the new purchaser. The small comapny gets positive cash flow, the purchaser gets an income stream at a discount. Win WIn. Its basically called factoring.
