I just got a call a few minutes ago and I got this job as an auto-analyst technician!!

I'm so psyched. =)

My job will consist of test driving and evaluating the performance of proto model cars on the road.

This is so cool.

I have to leave in a few to go there and do some paper work -- can't wait to start driving those new cars.

Sounds like the job I had with Roush. I test drove the new Dodge Caliber for 6 months. If it is with Roush in Livonia, pm me. Have some info you will want.

I applyed and got called about a job as a test driver. I dunno if its the same thing your doing or not. I was interested in it but it paid real shitty here in Flint.

For 6 months I test drove prototype cars on the road. They had a flight recorder in them plus I had to write up any problems I found. Had to drive anywhere from 350 to 500 miles a night. I worked for Roush at the Livonia plant.
