put it in the freezer 'till trash nite. I can never bring myself to pour it out so I can recycle the container ... one of the few times I'm consciously wasteful & un-green.

I end up doing it a lot 'cos I don't actually drink milk, just use it for cereal & cooking... neither of which I do very often.

see this is what you do. like on the commericial about starvin' university with the mac n cheese and he tells his buddy that he is eating cottage cheese and the guy says cottage cheese doesnt come in a carton. thats what you do. you wait for it to curdle and then you eat it by the spoonfuls.
