Whatever happens with cars...  we need to move away from an almost exclusive use of petroleum to fuel them.

Something else people dont seem to realise...

We don;t need more Crude Oil. We need more Gasoline. To get that... we need more refinerys.

I wonder what the logic is of investing in the search for more oil but not in refining it??

People try very hard to oversimplify the issues... "we need more oil" just sounds better to News consumer Monkeys... then the actual details
