Pro's and Cons of Unions

:devil The place where the temp agency sent me too,is going union.I am right now trying to talk my way in before this takes place.The company is called A I Inc,

Android Industries.They are going to be hiring a shit load of people for the first shift,then more for the second shift later on.I am kinda nervous because I do not know if the "after 89 days your history,is going to happen.Everyone there is really nice,and the place covers about 1 to 1 and a half city blocks,and is one of the cleanest places I have ever worked in.My only concern is if they will keep me or not.They assemble engines for Chysler.now I have to talk my way in and see what happens.Has anyone here ever worked at a place,where this happened.

All the time. One thing I hate about these temp jobs is that they can dispose you like crazy. It seems that the owners think it is some kind of game.
