:devil It might just end up to be the Big One,not too sure,but there are speculations of this possibly happening.

If this happens I do not know if it nwill create more jobs or what.Ford will be the only US automaker left if this happens,thats if.And if it happens Wagoner might be having to look for a new job.I wonder how the UAW is reacting to this speculation.

why would renault buy GM. the last marque they bought of GM (talbot) didnt last long and soon was forgotten about. americans seem fond of thier 4x4 at the mo, and renault.... i think thier only off roader in production (and i'm not sure it still is) by them i can remember was the Peugeot P4, a re-engined merc G-wagen for the french millitary.

ass to nissan.... thier doing just as well as nissan.

i suspect this is more like a colaboration like VW and Ford have done in the past.
