But before that happens a terrorist would detonate a nuclear device in a city. They don't give a damn about anyone, only their cause. A country would hesitate to do so. They know if they do something, the world at large will not tolerate it. An uncontrolled chain reaction would transpire between countries "protecting their territory".

Tech just keeps getting cheaper and cheaper. Joe-blow fanatic being able to create a potent atomic reaction i think is just a question of when, not really if.

I think most people that get to the top of the political food chain, at a bare minimum generally aren't total morons and know there is no winner in a nuke war. Its the lower-echelon fanatics i'm more worried about.

Agreed, Although I wouldn't put it past Iran or N. Korea still, I have my doubts with them.
