Anti wiccan laws in Texas?

I was at a meeting tonight and everyone was talking about some texas congresswoman or senator person trying to pass an anti pagan/druid/wicca law in Texas. Not just that it won't be recognized as a religeon but that it would be illegal to practice such as it is seen as a threat to the constitution or some shit.

I can't find anything on the net......anyone hear anything?

The first amendment is a great thing. I haven't heard anything about this but who knows, politicians are stupid. I could see one of them trying to pull something like this.

Its ok someone found it for me, I think my friends were overeacting.......it just had something to do with the school system.
