If you are having a bad day, what do you do at the end of the day to refresh and start over tommorow? To cure yourself and try to make the naxt day a good day?

this will sound stupid, but things tend to hang on me until I get to church, even if I have to drag myself in there.

every time, literally every single time, I hear a teaching sermon that seems to be exactly about me and where I am at.

it releases me, and brings me hope. That's where i go to truly shake thigns off of me, and to be refreshed, and to be uplifted. I'll also have a few others (trusted people) pray for me with specifics.

My mom used to have this piece of paper that she would hang on the fridge. There was circle in it and it said bang head here! then the instructions said that when you are stressed out or having a bad day, bang your head here until you feel better or you pass out....either way that stress will probably go away. I have to get one of those!
