Yeah. That's why I've dropped 4 dress sizes (and counting) since I joined my gym. The trainer who ran the orientation I was in said I have good form.

4. While I think maybe something was said that was pathetic and stupid and ignorant, I've been so optimistic and happy with my progress that it's hard to see how it applies to me anymore. I guess one is only as fat as one feels. So, no hard feelings. =)
