Holloween Is Still Being Discouraged By The Church

Every year you hear the same story,Holloween is bad.

IMO, These people usually have know idea what Holloween is about anyway.

Its my favorite time of the Year next to New Years Eve,

and I know alot of people here enjoy it too.

Mayby I should go up to the church down the street all gothed up

and just see their reaction lol,They will probably think I am Satan ol.

I would just do it for shits and giggles anyway.(PS no offence towards

anyone on the board who does go to church)

Oh... that church!

Yeah... but gothing out and going to the church (as fun as that sounds) usually makes it worse and keeps them in the whole fear of the unknown thing, so they kinda go "look see! see!" however communication and education... thats the key to making people act more openminded.

My favorite holiday. But it's already been watered down by the church, so I don't see what they're complaining about.

Totally logical given what the church is >theoretically

The chuch (such a broad term to begin with) sort of winking at halloween has always been hypocritical. Them finally, in modern times trying to do something about it is sort of a stand-up way to do things.

They've already incorporated pagan concepts into virtually every "christian" holiday... if they want to try and de-paganize holidays... even though i personally don't care, it seems like they are growing a backbone. Not being idiots really.
