CandyQuackenbush Posted September 26, 2006 Posted September 26, 2006 Oh god yes. My General Manger is a tool. He can never make up his mind on displays, and is CONSTANTLY CHANGING EVERYTHING. So he makes my department 2 weeks behind on almost everything because he thinks we do nothing. Little to his knowledge, our department didn't send out a couple of floral orders because he made everyone in the department work on a holloween display. He's a fucking tool. Then there is the other half of my store....

Gaf The Horse With Tears Posted September 26, 2006 Posted September 26, 2006 No, not really. We have pretty high standards when it comes to working for us. In an interview.. I ask 10 questions. 8 of which I'll fall out of my chair in shock if you can answer off the top of your head. I don't want you to answer them. I want to hear "I don't know" See, a truly smart person knows when to admit they don't know.
