I Feel Stupid And I Could Be Wrong, But

If there is (maybe there isn't and I'm retarded), it's a little bit wonky. And if there is, I can't believe it's taken me this long to notice.

But last night I made a topic about "light" smokers and the word light, in quotes, was the only word not capitalized, and I'd be surprised if I really wrote it like that... And I just made a topic titled, "No," and I was pretty sure I put it in caps. Just the word "NO." Huh.

Edit: Dude, it changed the capitalization in the words for this topic! It DOES exist! I must be having a super-observant day!! Oh well. It's a neat feature, but it only seems to work some of the time.
