Its either a very good hack job of many Bush speeches, or a realllly good impersonator. Either way its off the Twisted Tunes web site. Their version of Cheney's Got a gun is good as well.

Sounded pretty good, the speaking is a bit too "smooth" though. Probably a function of normalizing random words via tech to make new sentences. His distict accent seems to have the emphasis in the wrong places.

Minus that first , over the top intro about cutting out tounges i think the rest of it is probably how non-americans (and some americans) summarize the bush administration.
