This morning the boss's kid showed me some parts that were machined out the wrong way,and at first I thought how did this happen, then we looked at the job router and found out the idiot did not sign out

on the front of the sheet and he was the one who finished up the rest of the order.

They already appoligized and realized that i do not run scrap.even though I was the one who

set up the job,all it took was and unskilled person to ruin it,and his crap parts got mixed with my good parts.

We also found out that he lied on his application, from now on I am separating my parts from his.

If he gets fired, which I hope,we I am going to find one of my friends that I know fill out an application,

I know a few people who can set up a Cinncinattii centerless grinder(in-feed process)

We have had problems of this dude trying to start fights with the other people on the nightshift and no one wants to be around this BS.

Its like when I go into work,I always say to myself, laughing"I wonder what part of my machine he broke now.

LOL!!Like I said before,I am not in trouble, but they should have never hired this person,

in the first place.I know this crap happens at alot of other places.can't wait till it ends.

anyone here ever had to put up with this kinda BS before at their job.

Yikes!

At least they didn't blame it on you, though I'm sure that's aggravating to deal with him working on the same machine and messing it up.

i can't tell you hopw many times i've had to separate my work to prove that someone else is a tool... sorry you gotta deal with it, man...

My dad's a machinist and goes through the exact same crap you're talking about. That is one heckuva job; it's for someone a lot better at math than me...

Glad you are able to prove that it is not you...I don't really have that type of problem with my job, thank the lord!
