Just found out tht they are going by calender days,not work days,the plant manager gave me the good news,

I will also be negotiating a pay increase,on that day also.

Found out that the moron thats been causing the trouble will be on his way out the door,

the other employees in the grinding dept let me know that I am one of the best grinder hands

they have had in the past few years.
