Pomba... he has no case until he tells EVERYONE at work that the mention of their religious practice offends him. If he wants the Prayer board down... he has to tell people that it is offensive to him. If, after he tells his co-workers that any mention of Christianity, no matter how small is offensive to him... then he has a case if they do it again.

not sure, but that might depend on how much he feared for his job - if he thought the mere mentioning of it might get him fired, he might not be required to do so. it seems like it would make the case much more difficult, tho...

Thats a whole other kettle of fish. If they fire him after he has expressed his views on everyone elses religion... then he has a law suit he can win. That is, as long as he can prove that is why they fired him.
