Play Station 2 Games...help!

Can anyone recommend some good playstation 2 games that I can get someone for christmas. I don't really play, so I haven't a clue whats worth getting out there. Thanks!

That I know of, games like tekken, grand theft auto, resident evil, evil dead.

I highly recommend playing it in the dark, and if possable with a surround sound system. I nearly jumped when the gf came up behind me and tapped me on the shoulder.

The background music for that sounded soooo creepy. I loved it!
