On the post for music finds there was bands named Die Symphony and Spyder Baby. I'm more of a metal head listening to bands like White Zombie, Danzig, Pantera, NIN ect... I really like these new found bands. Well new found to me, was wondering what other bands are out there like them. I have looked on the net for bands but seem to find stuff that I just can't get into. If you have any suggestions would like to to hear um. Links to the sites will help but I can google my way around to find them as well. The ones I have found fall under sythpop. Maybe these are under the same catagory and I'm just not having luck finding ones that fit me. For me music must move me in some way or another. I use music to get out stress, anger and depression.

The Brides maybe. They're much more punk/garage rock influenced than metal. Possibly Firewerk... and I'm not just saying that 'cause they're on the DGN CD. MySpace is useful for finding bands, too. You can search by music type, band name, and proximity to your (or any) location. That's how I came across Spyder Baby.
