try gordons food service or a nice butcher shop, if at gordons or sams club find a bulk suply of frozen grouper. i promise he will never forget that for the rest of his life. and thats the only promise i ever made to you. it's usually 7.99 a pound so if you find some cheaper then that it's a good deal. it's a tropical delicacy. usually you prepare it the same as steak on a grill. i'd imagine you would spend around 60$ on a nice box of it. it's great broiled as well.
