I'm sure everyone knows already, but I feel compelled to say, anyway--

That's Jon Heder, also known as 'Napoleon Dynamite'.

it's hilarious how everyone feels compelled to point out jon heder in all the movies he's been in lately... what IS it about the guy that makes people get all excited or disgusted? was napoleon dynamite really that groundbreaking of a movie?

You're such a dork.

You're such a dork.

Yes, but at least I come by it honestly.

Jon Heder was in School for Scoundrels, which was actually pretty good, I thought. He was also in that one movie that ripped off the Cure and looked really dumb...Just Like Heaven??

And people bring him up when they see him because he's a weird-looking dude and because Napoleon Dynamite is a cult film, regardless of whether you liked it or not, and therefore Heder is somewhat of a cult figure. Hence those damned "Vote for Pedro" shirts the hipster kids are(n't) wearing these days.

      On a different note, I can't believe this month is half over already.

      ~~~~~ Wait, what? With as hot as it has been, that sounds like it would have been a great idea.  Or did it interfere with something?
      Wow, we had a brief power outage on Friday morning and I just now had time to boot my computer back up.  It has been a crazy time, but I did get my vehicle back Friday afternoon and new tires put on it Saturday morning.   After 2 years, finally got the AC repaired and the frame rewelded from last year's "repare".  These guys at Gratiot Auto Center: Chris P., Sevo and Damon...Lifesavers!!!   They used to be called Roseville Auto, but this is a new group because I didn't recognize anyone and they didn't have any records of working on my previous vehicle.  Also, there seems to be 2 shifts of workers because I didn't know anyone there today when I went to have the maintenance light turned off from the service that was completed Saturday.   It was literally like night and day.  Chris P. was laid back and handled things with a steady flow, Minnesota Fats style.  The guy today was rushed and hectic like an extra from Everybody Loves Raymond.
