Kids Grow Up Soo Fast...

Is it just me or do kids seem to grow up fast? My daughter is already turning 2 yrs old next sunday. It seems like just yesterday she was just a tiny lil newborn. Does anyone else with children notice or feel like this?

Every single parent I know says this ... except me.

I love my kids but sometimes it seems like it's taking forever for them to grow up. They are smart, quirky kids but they are difficult sometimes. I love my kids and it's been very rewarding, but it takes a HELL of a lot of energy. I don't regret having them, but I sure didn't know what I was getting myself into!

My youngest is turning 18 soon and she is a wonderful young lady with solid goals and ambitions. I expected to feel sad but actually I feel a mixture of pride (lots of pride) and relief that she made it to 18, already through most of her teen years without getting in trouble or hurt or into drugs or having kids before she was ready anything like that.

I know!!! It's crazy, I look at Keegan every day and think "OMG where is the little thing I brought home from the hospital" (not that he was ever small lol ) . Not to mention how old it makes me feel ...

As a loving parent I agree they do grow up so fast. My daughter is 4 months old, and she knows exactly when to use her box.

yeah, Logan this week alone decided he drinks from cups now, and got his first tooth last night. I thought "holy crap kid slow down a little you just learned how to roll all over the house 2 weeks ago!" last night. I am glad too though, I can hardly wait to figure out this weening from the breast part of our lives! I miss working sooooo much! 2 is one of my favorite ages, but 3 is the greatest, I taught 3yr olds for years at church.
