From what I've heard so far, neither am I... & I think it kind'a bites that you need serious hardware to access all the features.

I just bought a new Sony desktop and I like Vista quite a bit. Actually Vista has more neat features than OSX does too. You can add scrolling sports scores, news feeds, stock prices, etc to a little bar on your screen. Plus it runs Cubase 4 like a dream.
