Myspace Issue Or Something Else?

I noticed this happened to my profile twice in the last week or so and thought it was a simple glitch. What happened was that I keep my profile setting on private so people do not know when I'm online and all of a sudden one day it showed that I was online. I thought it was very odd and checked my settings, it was checked the way it always was. Then it happened a few days later so I changed my password. Now I read a bulletin from someone on my list that said...

I'm always private and last evening it was not private...I don't know if is it a myspace problem or hackers...

So it got me to thinking is this some myspace glitch or something worse. Has anyone else here had this happen to them?

After hearing that another user had the same issue I no longer think that it's some coincidence.

Not me, mine's not set to private, but I have noticed some other people's who are have done that every once in awhile.

I had an friend request the otherday and when i went otcheck the profile i gotra screen that said this page is a kown phishing site or something like that. So maybe it just might be soemthing more, not to mention "tom" keep posting those notes about changing your passwords and such.

I have the same problem. It's always showing me online and my last log in date.

it's myspace, for some reason i just assume that it's just a cruddy site to begin with.

or maybe i'm just a bitter 'ol lady.
