I guess I owe my membership to Pomba Gira. When I got divorced for the second time this summer, i started Internet Dating and before you know it, i met Pomba G. Before that I was a sheltered, innocent mainframe COBOL programmer. But that was not to stay.

Sure, I'd listened to a few punk rock and Goth tunes but I had no idea this dark, seamy underground of miscreants and deviants existed! I guess you could call it my "Rude Awakening". But, rather than fight this Dark Power, although I tried at first, in the end it seemed both wiser and a lot easier to join it.

PG took me to the City Club last weekend, and except for the high price of drinking, I liked most things I saw there. Not the plugged-up urinal that overflowed next to me, certainly not THAT but the dark, dank atmosphere, the open vibe and the fact that nobody could see the purple lipstick I had smeared all over my jaw from making out in public wih PG, I liked that a lot.

I talked to BeanWater, Crank and Rambo and found them to be outstanding young men and women. I met Dollar Dave, and others such as Johnny Nekro (he was certainly feeling good, for sure). I really liked the place and the people and look forward to meeting more people, and seeing more scantily-clad gothlings.

I also enjoyed prowling around the Leland at three in the morning, scaring college girls and scouting places to hide the evidence. PG wonders how many of these college girls I saw, there were two but one was tucking her breast back into her bra so I figured she counts for double.

My Mistress PG says I am long-winded and FOS. I guess you can be the judge of that.

Bean told me you found her outstanding too.

Hille's a great woman. You should be very happy to be with her.

I found you neither longwinded or FOS when I met you, but then again I'm quite gullible and oblivious sometimes. Maybe it'll take additional viewings to get there.

WELCOME! :wave

This 👆 definitely goes with what I said in my other post - getting old sucks. Seems like *everything* takes longer and takes more energy out of me than it used to. Really need to work on my diet and exercise, I've found the older I get, the more important those things have really become...

Well we were supposed to leave last night, but life has a way of making plans for you. I'm about to get up and get ready to go on our vacation. Had and still have a lot to do.  Not easy to just up and leave a ranch with a lot of animals and things that need taken care of. We even have people here to watch and tend things while we're gone, but still.   I had to change the radiator in my car before we leave - got that done last night. Took a lot more out of me than I thought it would, so by the time I finished I had little energy for anything else. Today I just have a couple more quick things to do on the car, like cleaning it and packing stuff. Couple of minor things to do around the ranch today, as well.   I figure we should be on the road this evening sometime. I'm looking forward to it. We're going to see the wife's side of the family, people I actually like,  in Vegas and AZ. Should only be gone for a few days, maybe a week. Going to the Grand Canyon and Lake Mead and all kinds of stuff in between, so I'm pretty stoked. I LOVE the Southwest.   Wish me luck that my car survives the desert! (Hence new radiator) 🤠👍

Sometimes sleep can be a scary thing.  I passed out so hard at 4:54pm today.  Yesterday wiped me out with rentals, appointments and helping a lost dog get back home.  Fortunately, I found him on Facebook and contacted the owners and he was picked up before nightfall.  But I think I totally overdid it and paid for it today in the middle of handling business.  Thankfully it was some work at home stuff.   I definitely do not like being that kind of tired.  It's like the World could end and I'd wake up afterwards trying to find out what happened.
