Head Wreck Posted March 5, 2007 Posted March 5, 2007 well i've had my monthly assesment in the training classes i take. i've been following the excercise routine... as and when the yoghic stretches, when i'm stiff meditation.... sleeping at work due to lack of activity doesnt count unfortunatly diet. all over the place. i'm pleased to announce. i've put on 2 lbs. and lost 4 inches from hips, 2 " from waist, 1 1/2" from shoulders, 1" from neck all since the last one a month previous happy bunny, and i seem to have plenty of pink milk in the house also
