What a complete & utter dirtbag. He has no right to be walking around breathing air that decent people could be using. Anyone know if they caught the guy? There was one pretty good shot of his face... bet someone turns him in, anyone who goes around beating up old ladies is not likely someone with a lot of friends who're gonna protect him.

I don't really believe in hell, but I hope there's a special one for people who target elders... for violence OR these pigfuckers who run all these scams. Even "legitimate" fundraising organizations use some really bogue high-pressure tactics to get money from elders. Before my aunt passed last summer she got these fundraising calls all the time... during her last year she stopped giving them $$ and it just infuriated me to listen to some of the calls. A couple times I just lost it, snatched the phone away from her & gave them what for. Even worse, after she passed they were still calling and then they would try to guilt us into donating- "don't you think it's what your aunt would have wanted"... these people are just utterly shameless.

Sorry for the rant but I still get angry thinking about that shit.

Anyway... I'm just glad this lady wasn't badly hurt. People are so frail at that age... it's a wonder she doesn't have any broken bones after being hit AND falling like that.

this happened to my dad. well he wasn't dying in the street but he was pretty much out of it.

i don't know what was worse to hear that this guy did that to the woman or that they showed it over and over and over and over again on tv so i had to see over and over again this fucker hit that poor woman. and i wasn't even watching the news... it was the "here's what you have to look forward to on the news today" preview, or whatever it is, for the news. bastards. i don't want to see that shit and don't watch that kind of news for a reason!
