Nienna Posted March 14, 2007 Posted March 14, 2007 Item Specifics - PC Laptops Brand: Compaq Hard Drive Capacity: 60 GB Family: -- Screen Size: 15 inches Processor Type: AMD Athlon XP, XP-M Operating System: Windows XP Home Processor Model: AMD 2800+ Primary Drive: DVD-ROM Processor Speed: 398 MHz Condition: Used Memory (RAM): 512 MB Used, in great condition, this one owner widescreen laptop is a great buy! It runs perfectly and is very clean. I'm not a computer whiz but will answer any and all questions to the best of my ability. This was my personal PC and I have upgraded. It has been very reliable and comes restored to factor settings with all included discs and programs. Runs Windows XP Home. The computer has no flaws except a few very minor surface scratches on the top. There is a mild amount of visible wear on the touchpad, but it works perfectly. Power cord and adapter included and working perfectly, though cord was mildly gnawed by a naughty cat and has been electrical taped mainly just to be safe. (It doesn't affect the workability of the cord at all.) This computer rarely traveled, and was used mostly as a desktop and stored closed when not in use. Some features I love: WIDE, glorious screen! It looks like a TV! Touchpad and internal wireless turn on and off with a simple button press. Speakers sound great! Push button latching system so the top stays closed unless you open it on purpose. Integrated sound and video cards Battery life when doing most things is about 2 hours, the computer was plugged in mostly, and battery works as well as it did on day one.

Nienna Posted March 19, 2007 Author Posted March 19, 2007 Interested...just not sure quite HOW ($$) interested I am until my husband comes home. My reserve is at $400. I can't let it go for less that that.
Gaf The Horse With Tears Posted March 19, 2007 Posted March 19, 2007 398Mhz? If thats a Athlon XP-M 2800+ it sould be 1600mhz. Is that what it drops down to when running on DC? You should be able to get between $400 and $500 for it.
