Heh sounds like my neighborhood. I live near St. Stan's. Almost right nextdoor to it.

I don't think he's going to re-rent it anytime soon.

We managed to get in, and the place is still in the condition the former occupants left it. A major, major mess.

We're kinda enjoying having the house to ourselves.
