Mmmm...

This double feature was absolutely fucking amazing!

I loved this thing to bits.

Planet Terror was the better of the two, in my opinion, as the tone was more even, and the action was balanced perfectly throughout the film.

And Freddie Rodriguez... :drool:drool:drool

Oh my god, I thought he was a cutie on Six Feet Under, but in -this- movie? Amazing.

And watching him get it on with Rose McGowan? :peanutbutterjellytime

Srsly ppl

Deathproof was also a great movie, though a little slower in some places. Though my favorite part is when the tides are turned on the Stuntman Mike and he turns out to be a complete and utter pussy, despite his badass pretenses. XP

Anyway, I would like to hear what other people though of these movies. General opinions, favorite or disliked parts, whatever!

I really enjoyed them. Especially Freddy...... I will second your :drool

I thought that it might have been better to have Death Proof before Planet Terror. My reasoning for this is that Death Proof does not get action packed until the end. Just my opinion though.

And the trailers were so funny!

I enjoyed it. Death Proof will make you paranoid driving home though. But I'm so obtaining a copy of Machete when it comes out on D.V.D. (yes, they're making it into a D.V.D. release.)

I think you're right. Death Proof as the opener may have been better.

And yes, the trailers were hilarious.

If they are releasing Machete, I'll totally get it on DVD.

Right now I'm trying to convince my friend to come out and see it with me.

But he's all "I wanna see 300 again!" (He's seen it three times already)

Honestly, he'd rather watch a movie about well-oiled, muscled Greeks stabbing people than all the blood, gore, mayhem and sex in these two movies?

He has GOT to have latent homosexual tendencies.

i just gotta go see it in general, if only movie tickets wernt like 10 bucks a pop

*old grandpa voice* Why i remember back in the day i used to take a gal to the motion pictures and it'd cost me about 20 bucks for tickets, popcorn, drinks AND candy. young whippersnappers, raising prices!!!

I really loved that movie(s). Went to see it not too long ago, and it was a totally delightful romp through exploitation storylines. Right down to how totally gratuitous it was and utterly unrepentant.

I want a copy of Machete myself.
