Why the fuck does the water here for the past few days smell like stinky pot cookie turds.

I drink bottled water anyway but am afraid to wash in this crap.

Since Friday night it has smelled funny. WTF is going on.

Not many people here will live in your specific area. I wouldn't sweep it under the rug. Think of your elderly neighbors who may not be able to get bottled water. If something is wron, you should report iy.

I'd call tomorrow and see if anyone else has complained.

Darlin, hate to tell you this but I live in Clinton Township and my water has been fine. You may want to get your pipes checked in your house. Or it may be just your local neighborhood, I live at 15 and Kelly, so if you're far from there it may be just in your area.

Check with your immediate neighbors (preferably upstream of your water main). If they aren't having a problem - consider looking at your own pipes.

I have gone through 5 different agencies and ended up back at the first. Bureaucracy for ya.

I guess I have to get the bottles from the health dept (here) and take them to Detroit for testing. Even though I already talked to the Health dept (here) County city...just.everyone. The guy said he smelled something but it wasn't enough to worry about???

So someone else I know said he heard they were doing something to it and it would be ok in a few days.....he is in Fraser and his stinks too.

I'm still tryin to figure out why my water is fine, I live RIGHT on the Clinton Twp/Fraser border at 15 and Kelly...pretty odd. Makes me kinda nervous, keep me updated on that situation, kay? How widespread is it anyway, do you know?

Something was amiss. Me and my massage therapist have extremely good senses.....drives us both nuts. We hear, see and smell things before anyone or things no one else does....

Well I got a HUGE burrocratic run around. I did smell and taste it, so did a few other people I know.....and when I was at tech fest I even smelled it in the fountain water......

But it has since cleared up.

I am NEVER drinking city water again.

I don't think anyone should........at least put a pot on the stove and boil it for 20 min before you drink it from now on ok peeps?
