Yeah, I've seen enough and heard enough to keep me in MI. But, that decision was finalized after my cousins moved to AZ and told me they had to shake their shoes. Scorpions in shoes!?! If I thought those were bad, I'd really be sure to avoid states with tarantulas, I don't even want to know where the dinner plate variety are from.

MI has the wonderful advantage of few dangerous spiders and snakes. I don't mind the snakes as much though, I like the non-poisonous variety. Yeah, that banana spider will keep me far form Florida in the future.

That's NOT OKAY, Gaf.

NOT OKAY.

There is nothing okay about living in the same place as some creepy crawly thing like that.

It reminds me though...when I was little, my dad had a job offer in Texas. He flew down there for the interview. He stayed at a Holiday Inn of some sort and he said there was a bug in his shower the size of a bird and when he turned on the light it hissed and spit something at him. He did not shower.

He got the job anyway.

We never left Michigan.

I now appreciate my father's decision.

Well, best of luck, anyways...

I'm moving back. Dammit.

If I were living in Florida with spiders like that ... I would be arming myself with a flamethrower. Holy shit.

Really? Or am I being gullable again?
