We're all strange here. Sounds to me like you have some self esteem issues though. I tend to have those too to an extent. I think everyone hates me (ok to be fair half hate me, and half don't care) but at the same time I don't care what they think, so it really doesn't matter.

Just don't act like I do and the board will love you.
