GOREgeouslyDecorated Posted June 26, 2007 Posted June 26, 2007 I'm going back to the schedule I had when I still lived with my dad before I moved in with Jon altho this one is a little different from when I lived at my dad's 'cos my circumstances are different 6:00am- wake up, make coffee, check email 7:00am- work out 7:30am- Shower & get ready 8:00am- leave house 9:00am- start CS work 7:00pm (or 9:00pm depending on how I feel)- come home 8:00pm/10:00pm- get home, check menages & clean house (cook dinner for Jon if he hasn't eaten yet) and then make sure I'm in bed no later than midnight and now that I will be back on my regular work-out schedule I'll get all sorts of hot again :D I'll finally get back to where I once was :-D wish me luck :D
Onyx Posted June 26, 2007 Posted June 26, 2007 Sounds like my schedule. I hope you don't have to do that every day. That's a lot of working hours you have there. (but I'm one to talk - 12 hour days are my norm lately)

GOREgeouslyDecorated Posted June 26, 2007 Author Posted June 26, 2007 I have a boot camp video that I'm going to be doing - and I also walk 2 1/2 miles to my CS and back, so I'll have 5 miles of speed walking a day as well :D

Sometimes we get uber gung-ho about stuff, and if we slip up it is depressing so we just throw in the towel on the whole deal. Fuck that, just start the next day back up again and keep on truckin'. Good luck.

Good luck. yea - I'm trying to make a life-style change - eating better, cutting my alcohol intake, and making a routine of it - I'm pretty determined to change shit, so I think I'll do well thanx for the encouragement y'all! :: huggles ::

Heres to your will power I know you have a ton of it! aw.. thanx sweets - right now being physically motivated is the least of my probs... but thats for another thread that I'll post in that AM - thanx everyone!! now all I need to do is hunt down those roller blades my dad hid so me and heathen can skate - FINALLY!!! ya know - I'm still up for bike riding - but I dont have a bike rite now.... LOL!!
