Oh actually shit like this happens alot more than one would think it does. Normally actually the biggy is kids drowning in pools because the pool drain will suction them to the bottom and hold them there. But every so often a kid or grown up sits on one jussssst right and BAM, intestines start coming out the wrong way. Talk about things that make you go....bluhhhhgh *shudders*.
