i like my lj..... i've had a few different ones for a long time.... i don't post as much as i could (i've been posting more lately though) but its a fun way to keep up with people....

added. so far, i've not had any problems like that on mine, but i tend to use filters if i think a post will get unwanted 'attention' from certain parties.... heh.....

In my case, she saw the fact that he and I were friends as a threat so she started stalking me in every way she could. She "online sabotged" me on MySpace, LJ, etc. She told my boss I smoked pot so I'd have to get a drug test. She went to my friends and told lies about me. Then, she told me the only way it would stop is if I stopped talking to him. It's been almost 2 years, and she still is trying to do everything she can to harm me.

I have a DJ (Deadjournal), though I don't use it anymore. I guess when sites came along to which you could have a super cool profile and a blog they became pointless. It's too much work to put the same thing in every blog and journal. I gave up anyways.

I have a blog on my myspace page, but I haven't been keeping it up. I'm not even that comfortable getting too deep into private stuff on there. My Myspace page

As opposed to having a myspace page that marketers can mine the data from and sell to other companies to spam you? Or that the government can use to just have more information on you?

I have a blog on my myspace page, but I haven't been keeping it up. I'm not even that comfortable getting too deep into private stuff on there. My Myspace page

I, and most of the people I know who have one, don't post really personal stuff. I pretty much just post major events in my life so the friends I don't talk to all the time know what's going on with me, or I use it to complain about my job or my car or things I don't care about people reading. The personal stuff either goes in a private entry or goes in my paper notebook at home. I do have a myspace page, but only because my boyfriend set it up for me. I never go on it.

My lj name, btw, is tygerlyli if anyone is interested. Mine is mainly friends-only entries.
