Well Saturday went off pretty good at my place....the food was great, my meat was sweet as smokey as always, the womenz loved my meat all night long, and then we went to CC afterwards and hung out for a few hours and had some fun and split. I think I am smoking a ham next in a couple weeks, I'll keep everyone posted....probably be in about 2 weeks
