Yeah I had to deal with it all day today as my work is at Middlebelt and Plymouth. Traffic was fucked every direction. They finally let traffic back on 96 from 275 around 7pm when I came back from a run in my pickup. There was plenty of dust after the water cleared and everything dried up.
