101 emotional scars,

I like my ex and really fast cars.

The stomach is churning,

My whole world is burning.

But I’m on the playground,

Just twisting and turning.

A message has come from somewhere above,

Screaming and shouting just what do you love?

(Screaming)

I have no love for anything,

You have no love for.

Me, can’t you see what this does to me?

I feel nothing, but I know…..

I love pain, (it’s a comfort thing)

I love rain. (it reminds me that…)

I am drained, (from the tears I’ve cried)

I love pain. (I hold on to it tightly)

I’ve felt rejection 10,000 times,

I’ve been locked up for 21 crimes.

The cages are rattling,

The prisoners battling.

But I’m in the corner,

While brother is tattling.

And I get beat up every single day,

Her lips slowly move as she says go away.

(Screaming)

I have no love for anything,

You have no love for.

Me, can’t you see what this does to me?

I feel nothing, but I know…..

Through all the years of self abuse,

Slowly tying my own noose.

You know, your poetry reads more like lyrics especially the parts in quotations. That would be to me wispered back up vocals starting towards the end of a verse....

I wrote that a long time ago, but could use a hug for other reasons. Thanks. I'm really hurting right now, and wish it would stop. =(
