What is the dominant base of the makeup that you use?

Looking at my makeup collection I noticed (baring creams for quick photos) I have one grease based blue foundation (it nullifies the olive in my skin tone)

But every thing I use after that is some form of powder be it pressed or loose, coal or chalk.

grease or oil based

cream based

powdered

am I missing any other base type?

Isn't there also silicone based? I thought that was the base for the color-stay types of make-up.

Is water base what you use?
