LOL, funny. Another word that should go is guidance, at least in the work place it should be banned.

Abbreviations such as the following:

Za - for pizza

Hilar - hilarious

And so on.

I'll also add - probe.

Any "internet lingo" like "LOL" spoken in person, outside of the internet. I've actually heard kids say "Lawl" for LOL. Guh!

Oooh. I'll 2nd that.

I'm afraid I'm also a snob when it comes to typing online anyway. I'll use LOL, because it indicates an action I'm actually doing, rather than replacing a spoken word.

But I don't use any of the following:

2 for to, too or in some circumstances, two

B4 for before

Cu for see you

l8r for later

and so on.

It does annoy me when others do that. Where in hell is the English language going?

"irregardless" because THERE'S NO SUCH FUCKING WORD DAMMIT!!!

Acutally yes there is.

Main Entry: ir·re·gard·less

Pronunciation: "ir-i-'gärd-l&s

Function: adverb

Etymology: probably blend of irrespective and regardless

nonstandard : REGARDLESS

usage Irregardless originated in dialectal American speech in the early 20th century. Its fairly widespread use in speech called it to the attention of usage commentators as early as 1927. The most frequently repeated remark about it is that "there is no such word." There is such a word, however. It is still used primarily in speech, although it can be found from time to time in edited prose. Its reputation has not risen over the years, and it is still a long way from general acceptance. Use regardless instead.

BIOTCH...you stole mine! I was gonna say that exact thing except I was gonna say bleccch GROSS after instead of ewww. So damn...now I guess I have to think of another one. Uhmmm oh shit. Hmmm. Well I guess I hate it when people say coupon like coo-pon 'cause I say que-pon damnit! Kay I'm fresh out now lol, that was the only one that came to mind.

I hate it when "youngsters" dismiss people with "What-EVER".

But I often dismiss the idiotic with the same word.

So I want to erase it from the vocabulary of only certain people.

i'll say it again......queue......

moist. . .ewww

Icky. I also hate the word panties. I can only picture gross old perv men saying it. Especially in conjunction with the word moist. I need a shower now. And therapy.

Inflammable...because it means the SAME thing as flammable, but it SOUNDS like it would mean the opposite. Someday, some moron's going to wear a sweater made of dryer lint, and drop hots from his cigarette and simply BURST into flames because he didn't know the difference between those two words. Also, because he had the poor fashion sense to wear a sweater made of lint.

Awww... but you guys, moist is one of my most favoritest words EVAR!!!
