Looking For Junkyard In Oakland/wayne County

Can somebody point me in the right direction of a junkyard that carries used auto parts in Oakland/Wayne county?

I haven't been in a while but there was a good one for imports near 275/94. There's a few that are primarily good for domestics off of 696 in Warren/Roseville.

Those would be Warhoops and Parts Galore (8 Mile and the end of Hover) respectively.

Warhoops carries a lot from what I've heard, but I've never actually been there.

One is called Glens Auto and Taylor Salvage Yard if I go with you..can hook youp there both in Taylor.

They got Foreighn and Domestic Auto Parts great slection.

If you don't find what you are looking for, Dave just got a starter for his truck from a company called "Scrapbusters". Last week, Dave and my uncle Ronnie (backyard mechanic) had gone to multiple junkyards here in Wayne County and were unable to retrieve any starters for his truck. He then called this company "Scrapbusters" who actually sent a starter by express mail!! He paid more than he would at a junk yard, but considerably less than a new part. It arrived at our doorstep within 2 days. Incidentally, they had tried various junkyards for 2 days, wasted alot of time effort and gas in the process before calling scrapbusters.

We've always had good luck at Bishop's on Michigan Avenue in Inkster for our older model domestics. It was closer to us than Parts Galore, growing up.

you know if theyd have anything for a 96 buick regal ...i need a driver door prefferably one with the gransport body kit...taylor auto doesnt have any and im having a really hard timefinding one

Not like I have their inventory memorized but you can call Warhoops and ask them. Parts Galore doesn't know what they have since they don't keep exact numbers on parts/everything else. However they get new cars in every week and to take a look around only costs a dollar a person.
