Found a place this weekend in Southfield. Couple minutes to 696 to get to work. Couple minutes away from my daughter's mom and their school. Small, but REALLY clean and it has all appliances. Nice basement. Two car garage. Tons of room in the backyard. Same rent as I was paying in Ferndale. I'm a happy camper. The only downside is I can't move in until Sept 15th... so my company will put me up in a hotel until then.
