The board was down for an hour (or less depending on who/where/how you connect) to the board.

IPS (the company that hosts the board and writes 95% of the software DGN runs on) been upgrading everything , from what I've been told the recent downtime (today) was shared-hosting wide for Invision Power Services related to a hiccup in some router they were replacing. The backup routers not kicking in properly and that creating some sort of uber-heavy load in the wrong places.

None of the dedicated servers were effected (and generally regardless of where you are hosted dedicated servers are far more reliable), but we don't have $200+ dollars a month in donations for that, unfortunately.

Should be fixed now though. Overall the performance of the host has been improving rather than getting worse. But, to accurately judge that you need to look at the actual stats over time as your individual mileage is going to vary depending on when you log in.
