Geez, while I'm in the mood for admitting things, I'll admit to this too. I dig Prince. I don't have much of his music, just the newer albums, but what I have heard is awesome. The dude has tallent and there's no denying it!

He is talented beyond words....I made K watch one of his concerts.....K is VERY critical......and he LOVED it. The man played 3 instruments and danced his little round tush off. Oh and he sang.

Even dressed up in Purple Rain gear for Halloween a few years ago.

Ran around with a Yellow Cloud guitar and some beer in a wine glass singing Darling Nikki all night:)

All I know is that guitar solo from "Little Red Corvette, the second Batman movie soundtrack, and a few others. Never was huge into him because he seems too full of himself.

Guy is a musical genius though and can play 12 instruments. He gets my respect for that.

The first time I heard of Prince was in '83 when I saw the video for "Little Red Corvette". I've been hooked on his music ever since.

I enjoyed 3121. It was funky yet gritty. I don't think it was any return to form on Prince's part, but it was quite enjoyable. Though, the reality is, I don't end up listening to it much at all.

Not sure on anything newer than that. Maybe have to check into it.h

Another one of his songs that I really like is the song "1999". He comes off as sooooo sexy. So what that he's short, that just makes it better for us shorter gal. Am I right girls? The man is soooo thin, does he even eat?

That was a well spent 18 bucks and 2 hours laying on the couch together listening to them back to back starting with musicology and moving onto purple rain. Record time rocks.
