I can't be sure what you have or haven't done by the time you read this but in order I'd:

First i'd run the anti virus, then run some stuff like AdSense and Spyware Doctor, then change your password & delete your cookies.

I'd also not log onto any questionable computers, they can just log all the keystrokes and have all your info ad infinitum.

I personally try not to even log on to friends computers with any personal info i care about. As i can't be sure of their level of security when I'm not around.
