Ever heard of them? You should. They do fantastic jazzy, latin-ish covers of many of my favorite punk and alternative songs. Some of it needs to be approached with a sense of humor, though... :-)

I play their new wave "Human Fly" remake whenever i get an excuse. A minor issue with them is that they do a massive number of covers, and many don't realize they are covers and think its "a Nouvelle Vauge" song.

Guess that's me hanging on to the last vestiges of my academic musical snobbery.

Guy I met in NYC a couple of years ago turned me onto them. Fun stuff, and I've been finding some of their covers have been making it into some mashups I've came across.
