Wish Every Company Had This Policy

This one CNC shop in Detroit wants to hire me part time,while I still am working full time,they said that if things worked out, they would let me go full time.IMO every company should do this as so if something bad happened at the part time job,you would still have your full time employment.

It would be this

You would work 2 - 4 hours a day after you leave you main job

then if things panned out,and if they liked you and gave you the decision

to quit your main job,and give the 1-2 weeks notice.

worse case scenario if they fired you would still have your full time job or

if you did not like the part time job you could quit and still have your

full time job,or just work full,and then part time,after.

IMO this would prevent alot of bs if something was to go wrong,

it would be nice if everyplace did this.

anyone ever been though the bs of quitting your job to go to another then something bad happened and you could not go back to you prire job,been though that shit before,never again.
