Granted while these bands aren't completely electronic I believe they've had about the same influence as Kraftwerk in the formation of other electronic music. I cite the above links as prime examples.

Einsturzende Neubauten is not really electronically based in that sense that Kraftwerk are.... I would like to add Vangelis (Since he is the only electronic musician that I know of to win an Oscar) and Tangerine Dream
